i totally get that life happens, but because my space is one on one, last minute changes really impact my schedule. • 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule • appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service • no call no shows are charged 100 percent • if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule you to another day. this allows me to stay on schedule, be respectful of my other appointments, and make sure i have enough time to give each client the experience and service they deserve • fees must be paid before rebooking • repeated last minute changes may require a non refundable deposit this policy helps me protect my time and keep availability open for clients who are ready to book. thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time and the time of my other clients 🖤
